It's a National Emergency

However, Washington, D.C. politicians have NO intention AT ALL of putting forward job creation programs that would stimulate demand and force this country out of what is for all intents and purposes a DEPRESSION.

These people are neoliberals and/or globalists, which are both the same thing, and they control national politics beginning with that fake in the White House.

Obama and Congress will never do one thing about it. There will be much more misery before this gets reversed, if it ever does:

The labor force participation rate is the lowest in 35 years, and the figure of about 11.7 million Americans officially out of work doesn’t capture the fact that 102 million working-age Americans don’t have jobs – about 41.5 percent of all potentially available workers, said Keith Hall, who until last year was the commissioner of the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

“The long-term unemployment rate underestimates the number of long-term jobless,” said Hall, who’s now a researcher at George Mason University’s Mercatus Center, adding that the long-term unemployed are “helping to hold back economic growth.”

And there are more people who are "employed" but do piddling shit like I do.

Washington policies are the enemies of the American people.
