Post positions and odds for the 140th running are right here.
Lots of news is also here among many, many places.
Update: California Chrome, ridden by jockey Victor Espinoza, has won the 140th running of the Kentucky Derby. He won easily. He has very modest breeding. He is by a $2500 stallion out of an $8,000 mare. Trainer Art Sherman is the oldest-winning trainer in Derby history at 77.
California Chrome is the first California-bred to win the Kentucky Derby since 1962.
Second place was longshot Commanding Curve, and Danza, named after the actor Tony Danza, came in third.
The time was a snail's pace 2:03.66.
