It was a hell of a game.
I don't usually watch football during the regular season, but I almost always watch the Super Bowl.
I remember how big a deal it was that the Super Bowl came about in 1967. I was twelve years old. Now I am 62 and will be getting my first Social Security check in five weeks.
Despot Donald is on a steep learning curve. So are the rest of us, I am afraid.
Never have any two weeks felt like ten years.
More proof "queer theory" is vile bullshit that should not be allowed to be taught on college campuses. It is sexist to the core.
It is all about erasure of women.
Along those lines is a glossary of this bullshit.
Obituary: Sonny Geraci, known as the lead singer of the group The Outsiders, a group famous for its 1966 hit, "Time Won't Let Me," has died at the age of 69:
Geraci is best known for his time as the lead singer of the 1960s band the Outsiders. The Cleveland rock band had a hit song in 1966 with “Time Won’t Let Me.” The song was a catchy garage rocker that featured a tight horn section. The band had recorded the song for a local label first, and Capitol Records signed the band after hearing the song. The Outsiders had three more singles reach the Top 40 during their career.
Geraci played the oldies circuit for years, but tragically in 2012 he suffered a brain aneurysm, from which he never recovered.
Loved that hit:
It's one of those songs that once you hear it, it sticks with you forever.
